Guy Studach

Guy has been a practicing attorney for 28 years and your Lodge Counsel since December 1998. He attended Southern Illinois University of Carbondale for both his undergraduate and law degrees.

As your Lodge Counsel, Guy primarily defends officers in disciplinary cases in the initial stage of a Division of Internal Investigation interview through the final stage of a hearing before the Illinois State Police Merit Board.

Prior to becoming Lodge Counsel, Guy was a senior assistant attorney general for four years and engaged in private practice for ten years with the law firm of Heyl, Royster, Voelker, & Allen where he primarily handled the injury and professional malpractice cases.

Rita Mullen
